Our process
A structured path from first conversation to handover, and beyond
Every project — large or small — moves through the same seven stages. It's how we keep scope, budget, and programme aligned throughout.
- 01
Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation about your project, whether it's a new build, renovation, or an existing project that needs stronger oversight. We listen first, then outline how we can help.
- 02
Site & Brief Review
We review your site, drawings, and brief in detail — including a site visit where practical — to understand constraints, opportunities, and what success looks like for your project.
- 03
Scope, Design & Budgeting
Scope is defined, design is coordinated with your architect or engineer where relevant, and a realistic cost plan is developed so decisions are made with accurate numbers in hand.
- 04
Programme & Procurement Planning
We build a construction programme and procurement plan, sequencing labour, materials, and subcontractors so the project is ready to move once works begin.
- 05
Construction & Quality Control
Works proceed against the programme with regular site supervision, quality checks at each phase, and budget tracking against the approved cost plan.
- 06
Reporting & Handover
You receive regular progress reporting throughout, and a structured handover at completion — including snagging, close-out documentation, and a final walk-through.
- 07
Aftercare & Maintenance
Our involvement doesn't end at handover. We offer preventative and corrective maintenance to help protect your property and its value over time.
